To establish an identity more aligned with the expectations of the platform's users, enhancing the shopping experience from product selection to digital delivery.
Adopt a more modern user interface that facilitates the selection of complementary products and offers a quick and efficient search.
Solving digital logistics challenges by reducing delivery times through the automation of the delivery process.
I do
Lead design decisions, manage the design project, and define visual and accessibility standards.
Conduct desk research, create journey maps, mood boards, and personas with the goal of understanding users and the product line.
Align expectations and define directions with stakeholders, in addition to conducting the handoff with the development team.

Problems
Early in the project, issues were identified in the product selection and checkout experience, causing additional friction when choosing similar items.
The checkout process had many unnecessary and repetitive steps.
Delivery times were long, potentially up to 3 days, due to the human interaction involved in the process.
It did not have a responsive version for mobile devices.

Solution
Developing visual standards through a design guide aligned with the brand identity and the game's theme, providing users with a consistent visual experience across platforms.
A responsive version of the platform was created, improving the mobile experience.
The checkout process has been redesigned to reduce friction and make this step more fluid.
Results after the work
As a result, we achieved an increase in the number of purchases, a reduction in checkout time, and a reduction in the delivery time of the products offered.
